Caity is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, credentialed with AANP who has been practicing functional and integrative medicine during her 12-year career. Her husband and four children moved back to Rhode Island, and she is licensed to treat clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She uses a functional approach to women’s health for all stages of life by supporting the women’s entire system but specifically; nutrition, thyroid, and hormones during; pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Caity frequently prescribes bioidentical hormone replacement, glandular thyroid medications, herbal botanicals, homeopathy, vitamins/supplements, and diet/ lifestyle changes with the goal of getting to the root cause of dysfunction in your life!
My name is Caity, and I am blessed to be the mother of four beautiful young children. Motherhood has taught me first-hand how to conquer hormone imbalances, breastfeeding issues, thyroid insufficiency, autoimmune conditions, and nutrient deficiencies. Professionally I am well-versed in caring for women during pregnancy, postpartum, and along the trajectory of motherhood, including the complexities of menses, perimenopause, and menopause.
